Montreat Youth Conference has officially concluded for the 2026 summer season. As we look back on this year’s event, we are filled with gratitude for everyone — attendees, volunteers, and staff members alike — who helped make it such an unforgettable experience. We would like to take some time today to say thanks and to provide you with an update about next year’s conference!
First, for each conferee who showed up ready and willing to participate, we are immensely grateful! Your energy, laughter, creativity, and courage brought each conference to life. We hope that by participating in worship, connecting with friends, and exploring God’s creation you grew in faith and understanding.
Second, we are also incredibly thankful for the adults, pastors, youth leaders, volunteers, and staff who made this year’s conference possible. By sharing your time and talents, you demonstrated the power of God’s love to hundreds of youth over the course of the summer. You showed them that their faith matters, and that, together, we are empowered to make the world a better place.
Regardless of how you engaged with this year’s conference, we hope you left Montreat with meaningful memories, a deeper sense of God’s presence, and a renewed understanding of what it means to participate in a community of faith. While we are sad that the summer is over, we are excited to look ahead to next year! Go ahead and mark your calendars for the following conference dates:

Week 2 — June 13–19
Week 3 — July 11–17
Week 4 — July 18–24
Week 5 — July 25–31
Week 6 — August 1–7
We can’t wait to gather in this thin place again, ready to experience all that God has in store.
More information about next year’s conference will be available soon. During October, we will once again host a month-long “Youth and Young Adult Takeover” of our social media and our email newsletters. Throughout the month, we will talk exclusively about opportunities for youth, young adults, and the volunteers and youth leaders who support these ministries. We will also announce the 2027 Montreat Youth Conference theme and share information about stage leaders at that time. Keep an eye on our social media for more!
As we close the book on another wonderful summer, we give thanks for each person who helped make these six weeks so meaningful and for the many ways we saw God at work. Until we meet again, may the memories of this summer continue to inspire you, may the friendships made here continue to grow, and may you carry the joy, courage, and faith you experienced at Montreat into the places you call home.
